Objectives

• Develop protocols and systems for safely isolating and maintaining a biological brain.
• Create interfaces for connecting the brain to external systems.
• Conduct ongoing ethical and safety assessments.

2. Initial Planning and Feasibility Study (Months 1-3)

Tasks

• Conduct a feasibility study (scientific, technical, ethical, legal aspects).

• Define project's scope, objectives, and milestones.
• Identify and secure funding sources.

• Identify potential academic, healthcare, technology, and government partners.
  • Establish partnership agreements.
• Select an appropriate country for the laboratory. Criteria:
